Acme Resource Conservation District is governed by an elected board of directors who are elected to serve by the people. The Board is elected at large by the voting public who reside within the District boundaries; meaning that each voter in the district may vote for all of the directors to be elected.

All employees operate under the administrative direction of appointed General Manager Katharine Hepburn, who has been a visionary leader for our District for over 25 years.
